We will deliver any books you order as soon as possible to the address you nominate and will use all reasonable efforts to do so within 21 days. 

Ebooks will available as downloads immediately following purchase for your sole use. If you do not receive an email from us within 30 minutes, contact us at publish@novaropublishing.com. 

Payment can be made by any of the options on our website. Payment is due before delivery. If payment fails, your order will be cancelled. 

Non-EU customers are responsible for any import duty or tax in their own country. 

You have the right to cancel your order seven days from when you placed it. You must notify us at publish@novaropublishing.com. You are responsible for returning the goods unused at your own cost to 2 Speedwell, Lindfield, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 2FY, United Kingdom. We will refund you the full price excluding post and packing.
